
Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken
Ingredients
1 lb Boneless skinless chicken thighs
¼ cup Onion, diced
¼ cup Celery, chopped
¾ cup Low sodium chicken broth
¼ cup Hot sauce
8 Large lettuce leafs
Directions
In the bowl of a slow cooker, whisk together chicken broth and hot sauce. Add chicken, onion, and celery.
Cover and cook for 4 hours on high.
Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred or chop. Transfer to a bowl and toss with 1/2 cup sauce from the slow cooker.
Scoop chicken into lettuce leaves and enjoy warm or cold.
