Pumpkin Cheesecake Shake
Ingredients
1 Packet BariLife New York Cheesecake Shake or Pudding Mix
1 tbsp Unsweetened pumpkin puree
½ tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1 cup Cold water
Directions
In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine contents of BariLife packet, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and water. Stir until completely dissolved.
Transfer to a glass. Enjoy immediately.
