
Sesame Tuna Salad Puree
Ingredients
1 tbsp Coconut aminos
1 tbsp Tahini
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Full fat plain Greek yogurt
15 oz Chunk light tuna in water
2 tbsp Sesame seeds
2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
Directions
In a bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, tahini, apple cider vinegar, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
Add tuna and sesame seeds and stir to combine and break up tuna. Add parsley and stir to combine.
Transfer mixture to a food processor and process until smooth.
