
Honey Walnut Salmon
Ingredients
12 oz Wild caught salmon
2 tsp Honey
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp White balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp Walnuts, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F. Grease or line a sheet pan and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk honey, Dijon, and vinegar until smooth. Add walnuts and toss to coat.
Pat salmon dry and place on prepared sheet pan. Top with walnut mixture.
Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through. Serve warm.
