
Chili Lime Turkey Burgers with Cilantro Cream
Ingredients
1 lb Lean ground turkey
¼ cup Red bell peppers, minced
1 tsp Chili powder
1 Lime, juiced and zested
2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp Olive oil
¼ cup Low fat plain Greek yogurt
Directions
In a bowl, combine chicken, red bell peppers, chili powder, lime zest, and 1 Tbsp cilantro Form into 4 small patties.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add patties and cook 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through. Work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
In a small bowl, whisk lime juice, remaining cilantro, and Greek yogurt.
Serve patties topped drizzled with cilantro cream.
