Ricotta & White Bean Puree
Ingredients
1 clove garlic, minced
16.00 can no salt added cannellini beans with liquid
¾ cup fat free ricotta
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Directions
In a small pot, combine garlic with beans and their liquid over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 3-4 minutes, until garlic is fragrant.

Transfer bean mixture to a bowl. Add ricotta and parsley and stir to combine.

Transfer mixture to a food processor and process until smooth.

Transfer the mixture into a small bowl and enjoy!
