Strawberry Pudding Parfaits
Ingredients
1 Packet BariLife California Strawberry Shake or Pudding Mix
¾ cup Cold water
2 tbsp Sliced strawberries
Fat free whipped cream (optional)
Directions
In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine the contents of the BariLife packet and water. Stir until completely dissolved.
In a glass, layer half of pudding, 1 Tablespoon sliced strawberries, remaining pudding, and remaining strawberries. Top with whipped cream (optional).
