Birthday Cake Shake
Ingredients
1 Packet BariLife Vanilla Shake or Pudding Mix
1 cup Cold water
½ tsp Sugar free sprinkles (optional)
Directions
In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine the contents of the BariLife packet and water. Stir until completely dissolved. Top with sprinkles (optional).
Transfer to a glass. Enjoy immediately.
