1. Sponsor
Your Bari Life Year Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Bari Life LLC ("Sponsor"), with a principal place of business at 505 Milwaukee Way, Knoxville, TN 37932. The Sweepstakes is administered by Clean Sweeps on behalf of Sponsor.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Clean Sweeps, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and individuals residing in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) methods of entry:
(a) Free Entry (AMOE). Visit barilife.com/sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the entry form with your name and email address. Limit one (1) free entry per person/email address for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.
(b) Purchase Entry. Make a purchase of any product at barilife.com during the Sweepstakes Period. You will receive one (1) bonus entry for every ten US dollars ($10.00 USD) spent (pre-tax, pre-shipping). Entries are automatically credited via Clean Sweeps + Shopify integration to the email address used at checkout.
Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, garbled, incomplete, damaged, or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.
5. Prizes
Grand Prize (1 winner): "Your Bari Life Year." Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,349.35 (physical product) plus $128.00 in digital course and meal plan content. The Bariatric Success Blueprint book is included as a complimentary bonus and has no cash value.

Runner-Up Prizes (5 winners): Each Runner-Up winner will receive a one (1) year supply of the Bari Life Duo (Just One Multivitamin + BariBurst Calcium Chews). ARV per winner: $615.36.
Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $4,426.15 (excluding digital content).
Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions, except by Sponsor for prize of equal or greater value at Sponsor's discretion. Prize includes only items specifically listed; all other costs and expenses (including but not limited to applicable taxes) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in the event an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Six (6) potential winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about Wednesday, June 24, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Clean Sweeps using a random-selection algorithm. The Grand Prize winner will be drawn first; the five (5) Runner-Up winners will be drawn from the remaining eligible-entry pool.
Potential winners will be notified by email within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. Potential winners must respond to the notification email within seven (7) calendar days and may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries.
8. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of their name, voice, image, likeness, and statements about the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on prize packages are the sole responsibility of the winner. As of the 2026 tax year, the IRS reporting threshold for Form 1099-MISC is $2,000; the Grand Prize and each Runner-Up Prize fall below this threshold.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Clean Sweeps, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
11. Disputes / Governing Law
Except where prohibited, by entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
12. Winners List
A winners list will be available after July 25, 2026 by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Bari Life LLC, 505 Milwaukee Way, Knoxville, TN 37932, Attn: Your Bari Life Year Sweepstakes Winners List. Requests must be received no later than September 25, 2026.
